Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for PDF files, MS Excel files, or other electronic media purchased from The Trading Game. This is due to the lack of copyright security available for this type of media. We're sure you understand where we are coming from with this, as this is standard policy for all companies, even outside this industry, when dealing with these types of items.
One-day seminars can receive a refund if the request is made within 72 hours of the expected date of the event if the reason or rationale provided is deemed appropriate by the Directors of the company.
We stand behind the quality of this program. If you complete every component in full and are unable to identify at least one principle that improves your trading approach, we will refund your tuition and provide a $1,000 payment (that you can use to put towards an investment of your choice).
To be eligible, all of the following conditions must be met:
You must complete 100% of the course, including all modules, exercises, assessments, worksheets, trading tasks, and implementation steps, exactly as instructed.
You must submit all required work stipulated in the course through the forum before requesting a claim. Incomplete or partially completed work voids eligibility.
You must demonstrate that you have applied each relevant principle in your own trading practice, including documented examples, trading records, and written reflections.
You must view the full recordings within 7 days of release.
Guarantee claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of completing the final module. Claims received outside this timeframe are invalid.

Evidence of disengagement, lack of effort, failure to apply instructions, or misuse of the program voids eligibility.

If any communication, email, discussion, social media, appointment – face-to-face or video eg zoom, or any other form of communication is deemed to be aggressive, disrespectful to Trading Game or their agents, or in any way provided in an angry or threatening tone, or perceived as harassing, we reserve the right to limit or block further contact, with no warning required.
